Have started training for the Phoenix Marathon. Started at the Dogtown start line, ran the course to the Dam Road. Turned right to go towards Sullivan Soccer park. Then jumped on the mosquito trail, and up by Costco to Telegraph. Ran to the Turner Turf farm road and home. Feel like I just ran a marathon. My watch isn't uploading my workout, but I know the first 10 were around 9- 9:20 pace. Ran with Autumn Cluff which was fun, and she pushed me harder.
