2013- Run 2 marathons : Ogden in May St. George in October Long-Term Running Goals: Just keep running and run more marathons! Personal: Married for 13 years to Dave and have 4 beautiful daughters, along with many high school cross country runners I refer to as Dave's other family. Currently attending Dixie State College as a Psychology major and will graduate December 2013. |

| By myself this morning so I went out at 6 instead of 5:15. Kind of a nice change to run with my iPod. Only went 4 since I will be running long tomorrow- which I am looking forward to! | Add Comment |

| Started out at Dammeron Valley and ran down the course with Terri and Jolene. I felt really good, and used my new hand held water bottles. Debbie met us 8 miles left of the route. Met my mom and we ran down the last 5.5 together. Finished off running down Bluff to Clairidge Inn after getting a coke- of course! This is the longest I've gone and I feel really good. Stretched really good after and used the stick. I am looking forward to longer runs and the marathon! | Add Comment |

| Met at 5 and drove over to my mom and sister's hotel with Jolene, Terri, and Heidi. Ran the 5 mile loop from the Dixie center to River Road, then back to convention center. Was a really fun run and fun to be with my mom and sister too. Legs are still a little sore from Saturday's run but it felt good to run them out. | Comments(1) |

| Went 13 today with Sara. Started out at Mom and Dad's, ran 3 around the neighborhood then on to Wasatch Blvd. Ran Wasatch to my Aunt's old house where Dave and I lived for a while after we got married. Stopped at Smith's to get a drink and bathroom, then down Bengal Blvd to Highland Drive. Down Highland Drive, and back up 94th to 7-11 where we finished 13 with a coke! It was really fun to run with Sara, and it's always fun to run in my home town. Now, off to Lagoon for the rest of the day! | Add Comment |

| 18 miles today! Dave drove us up the course past Veyo so this was my first time running up the dreaded Veyo hill. I didn't think it was too bad, just long. My pace was all over the place, I guess averaging 10:30. The whole thing took me about 3hr 10 min. I feel really good, and am proud this was the farthest I have gone. Finished at the church where Dave and James were waiting for me with a coke and a doughnut....he's the best! I really like long runs and I am really looking forward to running the Provo River Half in a few weeks. | Comments(1) |
