Started our usual route, then extended on frontage road, through DSC, then finished at the temple. It was really nice to do something different!

18 miles today! Dave drove us up the course past Veyo so this was my first time running up the dreaded Veyo hill. I didn't think it was too bad, just long. My pace was all over the place, I guess averaging 10:30. The whole thing took me about 3hr 10 min. I feel really good, and am proud this was the farthest I have gone. Finished at the church where Dave and James were waiting for me with a coke and a doughnut....he's the best! I really like long runs and I am really looking forward to running the Provo River Half in a few weeks.
