2013- Run 2 marathons : Ogden in May St. George in October Long-Term Running Goals: Just keep running and run more marathons! Personal: Married for 13 years to Dave and have 4 beautiful daughters, along with many high school cross country runners I refer to as Dave's other family. Currently attending Dixie State College as a Psychology major and will graduate December 2013. |

| Started out from Pine View High School and ran down to Skim board park to hop on the trail. Ran on river trail to River Road and back home on River Road, Mall drive, and Telegraph. Felt crappy the first 6, but started feeling better and ended up feeling accomplished

12- started from home then ran out to the fields. Looped around the fields and through Silver Falls down Dam Road where I saw Dave. Finished home on Washington Fields Road and 300 E.
Felt good after the miles and it was nice to split up

| Ran up to Maverik, down to Hell's Hole and along trail to Dam Road. Down washington Fields Road to Sullivan Park. Hopped on the trail and got out of canyon and ran up Washington Parkway. Ran a little more than came back home. Gorgeous run...70 degrees, beautiful sunset... I love running at dusk. Love this course too- didn't even feel like I ran that far
